Slimming Organic Smoothies for Fasting Jazzheads

Power Bebop Solo Smoothie for Jazzheads

Use and blend all organic ingredients until liquified of:

Steamed kale or dandelion leaves, 1 cup
1.5 cups organic coconut milk from fruit, or carton, not can
2 cups of any frozen organic fruit of your faves like blueberries and cherries or raspberry
18 drops hemp oil
2-3 tbsp mct oil
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp ground flax seeds
3 tsp chlorophyll liquid
2 tbsp black or white chia seeds
½ medium container or 1.5 cups homemade of coconut yogurt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp vanilla
If considering sweetener use pitted cherries or follow further sweetener substition advice below. Add extra liquid like strained beet juice if needed.

Jazz Producer’s Pina Colada, non-alcoholic

6 thick slices of organic pineapple
1 large organic lemon, juiced
1 tsp or more of ginger root
1 cucumber organic
1 scoop grass fed collagen
Anti-inflammatory pitted cherries to taste or honey

If you need a sweetener: Try anti-inflammatory pitted cherries. Blend in blender until liquified…smoothly refreshing. Does it taste that good without sugar? No not really, but not too horrible.

Should I add stevia?

Yes if it grown organically and not processed. Can stevia cause anxiety? Yes in some people.

Should I add organic honey, coconut sugar, or organic maple syrup , but only in moderation? Up to you. Any source of refined sugar is just that, sugar. Both have benefits in moderation. (Do some maple tree types actually help battle wrinkles, um… yes….)

Add lemon, or organic garden stevia to taste, steep in a large glass jar or medium sized teapot, then strain and pour. To promote true slimming drinks while trying short periods of fasting, use fruit to sweeten like berry-cherry mixes instead of sweeteners.
